Took my 4yo daughter in for her first big girl haircut and Charmaine was SO sweet! She even did a fun hairstyle with some hair sparkles which my daughter loved. The cut is so cute and we loved the whole experience. Such a fun place for kids and great service!

Ms. Charmaine D did my son Milo’s first hair cut package and did such an awesome job she was so patient with him while he freaked out over getting the cut ? thank you again great first experience thanks to you ❤️

My nonverbal kiddo absolutely hates getting his haircut and we normally both leave crying from him being so distressed about it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and made feel so welcome. They told us he could go pick out his own seat (that had the cutest stickers and magnet toys on it which was a helpful distraction) While he still cried and pitched a fit, Charmaine consistently talked to him to try to soothe him as well as reassure me because I couldn’t stop saying how sorry I was. She deserves every bit of the tip I left her!!! I can’t wait to take him back more often so he gets used to her, I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else now!
