This store is extraordinarily helpful - and today Matt on the team figured out a variety of permutations to fasten some funky chairs back together again after a raucous gathering of friends. Ryan at Miles Hardware deserves a solid 5 stars! I walked into the store this morning with my 2009 Lexus RX 350, looking for a replacement case for my broken key fob. Ryan was the perfect representative—he patiently walked me through the entire process, explained how the programming works, and made sure my new key was set up perfectly. I really appreciated how friendly, professional, and honest he was. This is a highly recommended store, especially for women who want to shop with confidence and not worry about being overcharged. Kevin and Evan, along with the rest of the crew, are always so helpful and know right where everything is when you walk in. I just hand whoever approaches me what I need or ask what I’m looking for and they know right where to bring me.
