Routine Maintenance Inc
“We are very pleased with the job Routine Maintenance did on our bathroom! They removed our old bathtub and shower and replaced it with a new tub , composite wall surround, and a glass door. It turned out beautiful. They also did an excellent job on painting the bathroom.
Our house is 42 years old, and they ran into a few unexpected issues along the way. But they knew exactly how to handle them and made sure everything was done right. They were professional, respectful of our home, dependable, and very easy to work with.
We had a great experience with them from start to finish. We would definitely use Routine Maintenance again and highly recommend them!”

“We hired Medo to fix some work that was completed by a crappy kitchen contractor. Medo was upfront and honest with expectations for the project schedule, offered a reasonable payment schedule, and was very good at troubleshooting unforeseen problems as they came up during the project. I wish we would have saved ourself the time and money and hired Medo to begin with. Thank you Medo, we are looking forward to doing more projects with you in the future.”
