This is just my last experience. Been going here for 10 years everything's been fine. The young lady who cut my hair last time didn't butcher it. However it was not the best cut. From my POV my hair parts naturally on the right. She's cutting it and has it going the. opposite way which I have to inform her about. I have very fine hair and every cut shows. When I hear oh! It is not a good sign LOL

They must not pay their employees enough. Everyone asks for a tip these days. What happened to being paid by your employer to do your job? Also, a minimum tip of $5 for a $16 hair cut? That's a 30% tip. RIPOFF
