I want to give a shoutout to Reid from Brass Hanger Dry Cleaning on Crosstown drive. My daughter got married last weekend and candlewax got on some table linens that I had rented from Peachtree City Rentals. She was unable to get the wax out so asked me to replace the linens. Before doing that, I took the linens to see if Brass Hanger could remove the wax. He assured me he could and had it done by the next day!! He in was so nice. He is also cleaning my daughter’s wedding dress and my wedding dress she wore for the reception. He did an amazing job with my oldest daughter’s wedding dress a few years ago. I highly recommend them for anything you need special care for!!
I have been coming here for at least 5 years now. Nothing against the several bad reviews posted, but I've never had a problem. I bring at least 8 items every time and receive all in return. Nothing has ever been lost. In the past, I've had items lost or received lack of quality cleaning from 2 other businesses HERE. I must admit, the prices are expensive. Maybe if I had an issue in the past, I would be able to post something in relation to how this company handles customer complaints. I have had from delicate sport sweat type golf shirts to regular cotton shirts cleaned here. Quality dry cleaning and care was performed several times. They were able to get stains out of a silk dress and rust or age stains out of a linen coat that I've had for years! The turn around was really quick as well. They're conveniently located next to Kroger. The staff was really nice to me and answered any questions I had.
