First time using this laundromat and won't be the last! Pretty clean place for an older building in an old town. I've only had the one experience so far, but an employee by the name of Will was SUPER helpful and extremely friendly, and got me started with washing an area rug. I'll definitely be back to wash more rugs, because the few industrial size washers and dryers they have seem to be great so far! Thanks Will and thanks Palmetto laundry!
Washed an entire bedding set, including the mattress cover. Everything came back spotless & neatly folded. All the employees were very friendly & helpful. This was my first visit to this store, & I'll definitely use them again in the future.
All machines were in working order. They have 3 different capacity washers and 3 different size dryers. The dryers get hot! It was pretty clean inside. My only issue was that several patrons were not wearing masks, though all employees were. Masks are not mandatory. People, who were not patrons, were not hanging out around the business, which is a plus.
