My luck has been very good with US Premium finance. The agent I usually end up dealing with is Brooke and she is absolutely fantastic! Never is there anything that she can't handle, there's nothing that she doesn't know. She'll give you the information that you need effectively, efficiently, politely, and you're on your way to handle the next thing. Business is business. She is business for US Premium Finance! We had some issues with our account yesterday and when I called, Brook answered and she was awesome. She figured out the problem, corrected it, gave us some helpful tips for the business account moving forward. I would give five stars but I had to call twice to get to a person but other than that was a really good customer service experience.
