We had some issues with our account yesterday and when I called, Brook answered and she was awesome. She figured out the problem, corrected it, gave us some helpful tips for the business account moving forward. I would give five stars but I had to call twice to get to a person but other than that was a really good customer service experience.

The USPS was very slow in delivering my invoices, but the staff I spoke on the phone with, at US Premium Finance were extremely friendly, concerned and professional, regarding my needs.
