The owner of the company came our to our home, spent an hour plus taking measurements of all of our doors, taking notes etc. Promised to send an estimate the next day. One week later I finally called to ask what happened to the estimate and he said he hadn't done it yet and just hadn't gotten around doing it and adittinally, would not be able to take on our project because something bigger and better came up.
