We had a residential project completed and were disappointed and cannot recommend this company. After numerous project delays and phone calls and follow-ups, we are still left with a few rows of sod that was not replaced and a large dead cypress tree in our front yard. We liked the landscaping plans but once transferred to the crew to implement there seemed to be little to no project management oversight, follow-up, no post install instructions to care for plants, etc. An example: New sod was installed BEFORE the crew adjusted/modified the irrigation system so it wasn't watered and died. Juan Cruz and the The GreenSeason group did an amazing job on our landscaping install. They installed a LandPlus design to exacting specifications. Their process of “hand” installing ensured they landscape architect had time to make changes through the process as appropriate. The team of installers led by Gilberto we’re sensitive to our family’s schedule and personal tastes. I would give GreenSeason Group an A+++.
