Joel Cordle immediately came out, diagnosed the issue, took time to explain what was happening in detail, and answered all my questions. He didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need - he was honest and transparent and just gave me a good feeling. I signed off on the quote that day and he got me scheduled immediately. Work has now been completed and I was really impressed with the crew. They were timely, polite, communicated well, and finished on time. They also walked me through their completed work and cleaned up well. Joel was also readily available throughout the project to address questions I had which was much appreciated.
I found pricing to be fair. What’s more valuable to me is the level of professionalism I got from this team. Good communication and being able to count on people is unfortunately rare these days and I can tell CGS takes pride in taking care of their customers. Thank you CGS!”
