I used Roof Management to replace the roof on the office building after a storm rendered the existing roof a total loss. I cannot say enough about their customer service. The Roof Management team did an incredible job securing the existing roof to prevent further leaks and they were amazing working with the tenant on the top floor to ensure noisy work would not cause interruptions. The install was excellent, they cleaned after install and the roof is immaculate and we have not had any issues. We used Roof Management to replace a major, storm damaged roof on an office building in Atlanta. When we discovered the damage they had a crew out within 30 minutes to preform temporary repairs, then went on to replace the entire roof with a white TPO material. They did what they said they were going to do, at the price they originally quoted, and did a great job.
