This cute little fast talking lady had me sold before I knew what was happening. I clicked on a button that insinuated I could get free windows, but was directed to Renewal by Andersen. Then came the phone call and the appointment schedule. These people move fast. Then Miss K arrives. Let me tell you. She is an excellent sales representative. She was not aggressive or “pushy” in any way. She made me believe I needed new windows, when I was only interested because I thought they were free. She accommodated my every concern. She really bragged about the excellent workmanship I would be getting. I shared with her that I have had many bad experiences in the past. The measurement process was very smooth. Thank you. I was skeptical about the blinds fitting in the space that the very thick windows would leave me. Another representative came to my house and physically showed me how they would fit and left no doubt. Then came the day. The technicians, there were 2 of them, one inside and the other outside. They worked non-stop, except for lunch, from 8:30am to almost 7:00pm, completing 10 windows. They cleaned up every piece of trash that was created, inside and out. The field manager checked in and was very polite and kind. He later came back to reinforce one of the blinds that was replaced. My house looks like a new house inside and out, just from new windows. Not only are they all professional people, but the work crew they enlisted was top notch. Can’t wait for my next project. Keep it going you guys. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
