I worked with Tim and my 2nd floor carpet purchase was put into motion on April 03, 2025.
Tim was very responsive to providing all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the carpet I wanted to have installed in my home.
Carpet selection was made from a display of choices he brought to my home.
Price was confirmed in writing shortly thereafter.
The install date was set April 16, 2025
His crew arrived on schedule and completed installation which included furniture movement, 29 year old carpet and pad removal
When they finished they even vacuumed the newly installed carpet.

From first contact to delivery, installation and job inspection the experience was A+. Tim was very helpful and also keen on answering questions. Because of the special room layout had to take it into consideration a pattern. With his guidance the right carpet was chosen, and his installer crew was effective and on time. Thank you.
Tim was awesome to deal with! He was very good with communication through the entire process from initial contact, ordering process and installation. His team installed about 800 sqft of LVP in my basement and it turned out great! They also installed LVP at my parents house across the main level with same results. I highly recommend Rabern-Nash Carpet One for anyone looking for new flooring. Thanks Tim!
