After a massive flood in my laundry room that went down into the basement, ProBuild came to put my house back together. Edward, my main contact at ProBuild, was amazing. He was always so kind and understanding of my sometimes panicked and urgent requests, but he handled it all with care and a smile on his face. I thank the team for treating my house with respect. A shout out to Stephanie and Walter as well, both of who showed much patience and understanding as I was going through a really stressful time.
I used Probuild ATL for my rebuild after a soft tissue clog in our master bath created a disaster upstairs and downstairs in our living room. As with all rebuilds, there can be ups and downs with the process from dealing with the insurance company to sleeping in a construction zone. I won't lie and say the process has been easy or seamless, but what issues I have had, Stephanie has been there to calm me down. She has always been just a text away even at odd hours of the day and I appreciate her willingness to listen to my concerns and follow through to make me happy with the work. Edward Moreno was the project manager and he did an excellent job at communicating with me and kept his crew with materials as needed. Very professional in walk throughs and estimates. The work was great and Edward made sure any issues were corrected before signing off on project. We are pleased with final work and would highly recommend ProBuild.
We had a water leak in laundry room. ProBuild did restore all walls and flooring damaged and worked with insurance completely.
