You know these places it’s hit or miss on how long and fast you get thru. I got in at around 10 a.m.. The young lady told me it’s a little wait when I asked. She tried it 😆, had me getting comfortable to sit a while then my name came up. Boom in the back DOT drug screening done, doctors came in after got straight to it no long waiting from room to room. Pleasant staff all smiles and care was direct no games no mistakes. 👍🏾
We're always in and out at any Concentra we visit. That is greatly appreciated 🙏🏾 the staff was top-notch. They smiled, they created us with kindness and that was awesome!
I truly appreciate the level of customer service received at this location. I attempted to visit the location up the street but was quickly turned away because the doctor was “too busy” and I would have to wait “a lifetime”. The staff at the Regency Park location are friendly, quick, and efficient! I didn’t have to wait long and there was someone to assist me with everything I needed. Thank you guys!
