Nick is great, and he always has the right advise when it comes to issues with termites whether inside the house or outside the house. We appreciate that when we call with an issues Northwest exterminating resolves our issues.

I have been using several of the Northwest Pest services for years. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. I have just recently added the snake service because of the possibility of increased activity due to the food supply (copperheads love Cicada). I totally trust my home to these guys!!
Some services are priced on monthly and some are annual.

Northwest Exterminating customer service is top notch. From the minute I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and look at a few issues we had - service we received was impeccable!! The next business day Matt rang our doorbell and assessed our home! His service was excellent as well! He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable!! He used his own booties before he entered our new home! (It’s the little things). Once he finished with his assessment he explained all the issues he found in detail and showed us the best solution for it. He explained the payment method and next steps very clearly!
