Great service and vibe! I came for the first time on a Saturday and the owner Gilbert was very kind and immediately helpful with the atm and one of the machines. He even thanked me for coming in before I left for the day.
The gas station next store makes it very convenient to grab a drink too, don’t forget to give a fist bump on your way in and out! I had no problem finding available washers and dryers, there are plenty of available clean carts, and there’s a general nice community vibe.

Best place to do laundry. Fred (the owner) made my day. I owned up to a mistake and Fred didn't let me pay for it and gave me credit! I truly needed that blessing and really thank "Norcross laundry" for great customer service and family atmosphere facility. Thank you for your services and definitely will be back!
Great place, they have new washers & dryers and if you have any issues or problems they get you fixed right away with no issues or complaints definitely recommend coming here to do laundry or to drop it off and get it cleaned
