We scheduled service at the last minute prior to Hurricane Helene’s arrival. They expedited our service and fit us in just in time for all the rain before and during the tropical storm. We were very pleased to have no drainage issues.
I was initially impressed with this company’s promptness; they started the job within a day of my call. However, looking back, I would have preferred to spend a bit more for a higher quality installation elsewhere. Specifically, I would recommend choosing a company that offers seamless miters or custom-built options instead of the pre-made miter strips used here.
These strips are essentially cut pieces that cover the corners from the outside, allowing the installer to be less precise with their cuts. Unfortunately, the final result left me dissatisfied. I absolutely regret using this service for gutter cleaning. They did a fine job in terms of the cleaning itself, but they're worse than an abusive ex-boyfriend with the constant spam calls trying to solicit more services despite me asking them to stop multiple times. I've blocked several numbers that belong to the company and now they've started calling me from private numbers. It's extremely annoying and a shame considering the quality of the actual work done was fantastic. I suppose they're a great choice if you're lonely and looking for human interaction because I guarantee they'll call you at least eight times a week!
