Laura is the only injector that's made me feel amazing about myself. I've had side effects at with everyone else (ptosis). She knows facial musculature and she's truely a master at what she does. Filler, tox and face balancing. I'll never go anywhere else!! See you again soon Laura!
I would like to make people aware of Laura. I feel compelled to share my story and receipts since Laura continues to make excuses and not do the right thing. She basically scammed us out $1,775. Please find another business to support. On Friday, July 1st I went to Laura to receive filler for the bags underneath my eyes. We arrived at Laura’s office at 8:30 pm and there were several people still in her office waiting to be seen. Laura did not see us until 11:00 pm and we walked out at 11:30 pm. After we wrapped up the visit, my daughter paid with her Navy Federal visa via Apple Pay the remaining balance of $1,775. As everyone knows, Apple Pay omits the actual credit card number and creates a different number for security reasons. We thought everything was good – so we thought. On Saturday, July 2nd I received a text from Laura stating that our payment didn’t process and she doesn't have an authorization code. She asked for our card number, and we gave it to her. She said she didn’t have a card number with that amount(right, because we paid via apple-pay). We sent her a screenshot of the transaction showing pending in the Navy Federal Appl. She was still very adamant and began to get irate when we tried to explain that it’s showing as pending. She called us with her merchant processor, and he said he didn’t see the transaction. So, we called Navy Federal and conferenced Lauren and the Merchant processor on the line. Navy Federal also confirmed that the transaction did go through and that it was pending. Laura said she didn’t see it and she did not have an authorization code. Navy Federal indicated that if she didn’t have the authorization code then it would just fall off on Tuesday. They also said that if both go through, we could dispute one of the charges. So, since she said she didn’t receive the money and her Merchant Process confirmed, we thought she was telling the truth so on July 2nd, in good faith, we allowed her to manually charge our card again. In hopes that if both charges post that she would refund one or we would be able to dispute. On Tuesday, July 5th we learned that both transactions had been posted and were paid to Laura. We contacted her via text to let her know and sent screenshots of the transaction, but she continues to deny because of the card numbers. Again, we paid with Apple Pay on July1st so the card number will be different to safeguard the card. So, we contacted Navy Federal to file a dispute, they gave us a provisional credit but took it back after she sent in receipts showing the July 1st transaction and an e-mail from her card processor saying there was no duplicate transaction. We understand there isn’t a duplicate charge for July 1st because we paid her again on July 2nd. Two different transactions paid for the service we received on July 1st. Furthermore, the July 1st charge is what she said she did not receive hence why we allowed her to charge our card again. Furthermore, why did she send in the receipts from July 1st asking to keep the payment if she didn’t receive it? We have consistently tried to work with Laura and she continues to deflect knowing that she received the payment on July 1st from us at 11:28 which is the time we left her spa and she received the payment on July 2nd via phone. My daughter is a college student that tried to do something nice for me and now this whole experience has been a nightmare and has left her with a balance of $3550 on her Credit card she cannot afford to pay when the charge should have been $1775. The money is rightfully ours. We may have to take legal action/civil court to recoup the money in which we plan on doing. This woman is dishonest, unprofessional, and intentionally kept the funds even after we’ve proven she has been paid twice. I am appealing with Navy Federal Credit Card Services and plan to take legal action. We also plan to reach out to FoxAtlanta5 with all our documentation since she refuses to cooperate. She told me if I did not remove the reviews she will not refund me which further shows she has the money.
