First time planning a funeral in my family and it was for my mother. I only needed Lee's Funeral Home's services from getting my mother from the morgue, preparing her, transportation, and service during the visitation at our church. From beginning to end, they did an amazing job, they were punctual. My mother looked beautiful and peaceful in her casket. They communicated with me about every single step during the day and did not leave until well after the burial. Their service was professional (most of all compassionate) and they went beyond to make our grieving day perfect.
It has been a year since my grandma has past. It was my first time arranging funeral for my own family and was not sure what to do. It is never easy to say goodbye to the loved ones. I was referred of Lee's Funeral Home by one of my friends. As soon as I called after 10:30pm, Mrs. Lee answered phone and immediately helped and guided me what to do. Since that moment I called, she helped me from very beginning to the end of the services. Mrs. Lee is truly an Angel! She said my Grandma looks cold in her dress... then she went and got my Grandma a scarf that matches her dress. I am so Thankful to Mrs. Lee and her staff.
The process of saying goodbye is never easy, but Mrs. Lee and her funeral home made the entire process very smooth. The staff along with Mrs. Lee was very understanding and communicative throughout the entire process, my family and I truly appreciate everything they did and them guiding us through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.
