I had a peculiar car issue that I wanted to get checked out. They took me in, checked, and diagnosed my car within minutes. The service was very polite and everyone seemed kind. Unfortunately it was a transmission problem, but the person telling me was very considerate in his delivery (which I appreciated immensely). And the icing on the cake was them not charging me at all for the diagnosis. I'll be using them whenever I have car issues.
Excellent service, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staffs. I’m just super glad that I choose JJW to repair my car. Not only they quoted the repairing fee $2k less than the dealership, but they were also being honest for not charging me of the preordered door that no longer needed. We all thought the damaged door needs to be replaced, but they worked their magic around and fixed the crushed area like new. I also got my car back 2 days earlier than the estimated time knowing that they also helped me covered some other minor scratches on my car with the touch up paint for free. After getting the run-around from several mechanics and a dealership, these guys were able to correctly diagnose the issue with my car and fix it quickly. At a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge, I will be coming back for all future repairs as i know i can trust them and they do good work.Services: Brakes
