Always well stocked with the flooring & products we need. We have been purchasing at all locations since they opened. Josh, Mike & Franshezka in Norcross are always friendly and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you for years of great service.

Fortunately, someone called me, his name is Dani, asking for an apology and that on my next visit he guaranteed me better service and that call tells me a lot, so I hope that next time it will be different.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Carlos at Atlanta Flooring. He patiently assisted us with making our selection and made the ordering process seamless. When the hardwood was delivered we discovered a defect in some of the wood. We reached to Carlos and not only did he arrange to have the defected wood replaced immediately but he followed up with us after the delivery to ensure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Atlanta Flooring and look forward to purchasing additional flooring from them when we are ready to finish our basement. Thank you Carlos for the excellent customer service!!!!!!
