Customer service is trash, and system has some type of glitch. I recently placed an order and they shipped it to the wrong address, it was fault on their end! Because I have placed many orders with them in the past my current address comes up automatically & I have been receiving my orders to my current address for the past YEAR. Now all of a sudden they ship my order to an old address & NOT ONLY BLAME ME BUT REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Customer service rep. was rude, condescending & dismissive, would not let me speak with management. I am out of my inventory & money with NO attempt for resolution and told basically oh well.
