I have used Blangels for several years and unfortunately the service and quality have gone down. I hate to give poor reviews and have gone back a few times to see if it was a one time thing but after my most recent experience I can no longer recommend this shop.I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead of time and on the morning of at 4am I got a text asking me to reschedule. I do appreciate the effort to notify me however with a 9am appt there was little I could do. She did try to find someone but was not successful. She stated the reason for canceling is all braiders were out of town for a hair show. Which I’m thinking was known at the time I scheduled or at least... read full review
Loved my hair before it was finished! The service is wonderful, good price. I arrived at 8:30am for kinky twists, by 10:30 I was 70% done. They worked fast to get me finished. I love it!
