Brett and Chris-exceptional professionalism, courtesy, clarity, and attention- to-detail. Furnace died; they arrived within 4 hours, diagnosed immediately, replaced a part with few minutes. Mission accomplished! Previous HVAC didn’t responder my weekend urgent call/request for service. I’m now a Bardi customer for life, and will have a maintenance contract. 4 year customer, new HVAC and water heater complete replacements. Customer service is impeccable. Recently electric box, breakers, and outlets serviced by McQuann St. Jean and HVAC system serviced by Taylor Mitchell. Great work by both young men: professional and thorough. They have financing plans also. I used theirs and when I had a leftover balance it was easier to finance with a credit union. They have a family maintenance plan also, pay once a year. It includes all basic service plans for your devices and products. I plan on keeping my house for many years to come. Might as well invest in a great company like Bardi that insures and provides warranties for their work.
