Sergio at ATL Strictly Electric was amazing. I had an urgent electrical issue involving heavy soot around an exterior GFCI outlet, which appeared related to overheating, arcing, or a possible small fire behind the outlet. He took the situation seriously and helped address what was clearly an important safety concern.
After contacting several electrical companies, I found that many charged a high diagnostic fee before even discussing the repair. Sergio was upfront, honest, and fair. His diagnostic fee was applied toward the project when appropriate, depending on whether the repair was minor or more extensive.

Sergio is awesome. I had him come out and install a GFCI breaker and outlet for an EV charger. I thought so highly of him that I called him a couple of weeks later to diagnose a problem with a circuit and some switches in my garage and to install a new motion light for me. He's incredibly courteous and does a wonderful job explaining what he's doing and how it relates to the relevant code. He also cleans up after himself better than anyone who has ever come to my house for any work. I will definitely call him the next time I need electrical work, regardless of the size of the job.
Sergio was great. Needed new wiring and receptacle for laundry room and he came and did an amazing job. Talked me through the process and steps to make sure I was fully aware of the job. He came on time and kept me updated with eta. Very happy and satisfied would highly recommend.
