They were thorough, careful, and cleaned up any dust or debris that fell on the floors as a result of the work. Additionally, the team was professional and polite. The office staff was quick to respond, confirmed appointment date and time, etc. Three of my neighbors and I had our duct work and dryer vents cleaned and were very pleased. I have recommended them to another neighbor who is doing dusty renovation work.

I was pleased with this company and the representatives with whom I spoke. From the pleasant people on the phone who scheduled my appointment to the technicians who performed the work at my house, they were all very polite and courteous. They arrived on time for the appointment, they were in/out in a short period of time and they cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned out our HVAC duct work as well as the dryer vent. I will call them again when needed.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Felt they did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents. They did vacuum afterwards but I did find a lot of debris on the surfaces below the vents afterwards. A little pricey, but worth it I think.
