At this point it's been over a week since I first contacted her, I would get 1 response every other day, ok fine, but telling me a day and time and then never confirming it, yeah no GO SOMEWHERE ELSE another thing she didn't seem eager to answer the phone or talk but hey it's your business
VERY RUDE. customer service is horrible don't care how they talk to customers and I talked to the owner. He had the never to tell me idk what a deposit mean. professionalism at an all time low.
I am completely unsatisfied with my toy poodles haircut. His last groomer that left there was amazing. Today I asked for a different groomer who has done him before. Instead of calling me and telling me she wasn't in today they let someone else cut him. His hair is completely uneven and the things I asked for was completely ignored. Worst groom my baby has ever gotten. I literally want to cry.
