Very unprofessional and non-communicative!
I tried calling Southern Stems multiple times and would only get their voicemail. Their message states something along the line: “Sorry we missed your call, please message us for a quicker response etc” I left 2 texts-and still received no response.
There are two many florists in Newnan, GA with excellent reviews to try bothering with someone who doesn’t answer their phone or have the courtesy to respond to messaging.
Never again!

maybe you should ask them what a medium looks like before you ordered it? Apparently, according to their quote, the small is 4 inches. Here is a picture of our medium arrangement. the flowers were pretty but mom deserved a medium. I was embarrassed when I saw them.

Many thanks to Leslie and her team for they GREAT job they did for the rehearsal dinner and wedding for my son and his bride in January. Guidance was exceptional. Product was an A+. Thank you, Leslie - you are the best.
