We have been using Progressive since 1986! They have installed two complete systems for us over the years and for the last 21 years, they have been keeping our HVAC system running. But she finally was ready to take her last breath.
We bit the bullet and bought a larger tonnage unit and the ability to control the humidity in the house. I am so glad we took this option.
And on the coldest day so far in December 2025 in Newnan Georgia, five technicians came to install our system.

I recently had Progressive Air and Heat repair my HVAC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and efficient.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, and scheduling appointments with their technicians was fast. They were very quick to respond and accommodating of my schedule. The technicians themselves were not only fast and effective in their repair work, but they also left my house clean after the repair, which is always a huge plus.
