Miky's Beauty & Wig is a popular beauty supply store that offers a wide variety of products and supplies. Customers appreciate the helpful and nice staff who are willing to assist in finding products. The store is clean, organized, and often has many items on sale. However, some customers have mentioned that the store may lock its doors 10-15 minutes before closing time, which can be inconvenient. Despite this, Miky's Beauty & Wig is considered one of the best beauty supply stores in the area due to its extensive selection of products and customer-friendly policies, such as allowing exchanges or replacements for unsatisfactory products.
This is my favorite store in the area. However, I do not like the fact that they close before posted time. They start guarding the door 10-15 minutes prior to closing, or they lock you in around the same time. I've watched on a few occasions where they turn costumers away before 7:50. Not great customer service.
I don't wear wigs (nothing against them) but Miky's has pretty much everything you need. This gigantic beauty supply is stocked with so many supplies and products, it's unbelievable! Let me give you a heads up, you'll come in for 1 or 2 things and leave out like Target spending $100. Well that's actually a good thing, however your bank account may beg the differ LOL! The employees are helpful when asking for a particular product, and the store is clean and organized. Another important factor, if you purchase a product that's unsatisfactory, Miky's will give you store credit or allow you to choose another product as a replacement. I love that! Most beauty supply stores don't (no exchanges or refunds). Hands down, Miky's is the best beauty supply in the area!
Do not try to get in 10 minutes before closing, the door is locked!!! They are only letting customers out. However, I do like this beauty supply store. There are always lots and lots of things on sale. You will have to find help to buy a wig, which is usually no biggie because there's always someone on the floor. I have never gone in and not found what I was looking for, if anything I pick up more stuff. The ladies are nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say.
