I bring all three of my daughters here for their cleanings, and every single visit has been wonderful. My youngest has special needs, and Dr. Matthews has shown her the most patience, kindness, and understanding I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting. She takes her time, makes her feel safe, and talks her through every step. It means the world to me as a mom. She also helped us with my daughter’s lip and tongue-tie surgery, and we were able to have it done right in the office. The whole process was simple, smooth, and so much less stressful because of how gentle and reassuring she was. The staff is just as amazing — gentle, welcoming, and so good with kids of all ages. I never feel rushed, and my girls actually look forward to going to the dentist, which says it all! I would never take my children anywhere else. Dr. Matthews is truly a blessing, and we’re so grateful for the exceptional care she gives our family.
My 3 year old son had his first cleaning today, and it was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was welcoming, and even went above and beyond to ask which movie my son would like to watch. The hygienist, Mrs. Whitney and her assistant were absolutely amazing, and Dr. Kim was amazing as well! Such a great experience!
We love both Dr.Matthew’s and Dr.S!!! They are extremely patient with my daughter. They are good about calling back after leaving voicemails. My daughter has been seeing them for the last 7/8 years. All the girls and doctors are extremely loving even after my very sensitive child threw up on a few techs and both doctors!! They cleaned her up and provided a new shirt for her. Thank you again for all that you girls do!
