Great sales team and great roofers. I wanted the best product. I it, and I got the best price. Everything went smoothly.
My only regret is that I should have let Hero Roofing reinstall the satellite dish that had to be temporarily removed (my mistake). Dish Network won't climb on the roof, and third party installers might damage a new roof. To be clear, I'd recommend Hero Roofing to anyone in the market.
We were in the process of selling my father’s home after he passed away and had to have a new roof installed prior to closing. We were on a very tight timeline and our representative, Karson Nolan, was amazing! He worked quickly to ensure it could get on the schedule in time and communicated with me frequently to keep me informed . Holly and Arin at the office were also wonderful. I purchased a townhome last year that needed a full roof replacement. Corey and the guys at Hero Roofing went above and beyond to complete my project. They did a great job! They were efficient and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. The pricing was fair and they kept open communication throughout the whole process. I was grateful to find them because I was told by another company that the project couldn’t be done.
