I recently moved and was in search of a waxer. I was willing to travel to my old one but started looking and I came across this place. After reading reviews I seen this one name always pop up Emile so I decided to take my chances and try her & the location out and everything was amazing! She is very knowledgeable & friendly! She showed me products that can help with my darkness on my bikini area and the product actually works. Everything that she does is amazing and I'm glad I found her and this place! Go check her out!

I wrote a review about a product last week, the manager was able to resolve the issue, without me coming into the store. I am aware this resolve does not happen for every situation, but I am grateful that the manager at European Wax Center was able to help me and take care of my product concern. Great customer service! I was in the area and stopped by for a quick wax, and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area.
