I am new to Newnan and am a senior citizen. I live alone and it is important for me to have dependable service. When my furnace would not come on during a cold spell Alpha Heating & Cooling responded quickly and fixed it. The owner did the work and he is trustworthy. Five stars. Very thankful that I called him.

I called Riley this morning due to our evaporator coil freezing up.First, he went through things it could be… over the phone. As in trying to help for free.When we discussed what I had already tried, he said he might be able to get by in the next day or two, thunderstorms the next few days.I called another company and was told that a week out was the soonest they could get a technician out and the service call would be more than Alpha.Long story short - two hours later Riley stopped by. He has a great personality, you can tell he’s honest and is a good guy. He topped off the refrigerant and I think I’m good to go. But if not, I will not hesitate to call him again.

I've worked with Alpha Heating & Cooling for many years now (I think around 14 years), and they've been my go-to source for anything dealing with the HVAC systems in my home. Within the past year, they added zone control to my main existing system for a basement finishing project. They also did all of the duct work for the basement in a single evening. Most recently, they did a complete system replacement for my 22-year-old system...compressor/condensor outside unit, cooling coil, furnace, and air handler. Did it all in about 3 hours.
