Graham has had to help me twice at my new job thus far. I am completely computer illiterate- he does all the work- never makes me feel dumb- and makes sure what I need to happen happens. Afterward he double checks that I am able to do what I need to do. I will always ask for Graham if I need help. He is also in constant communication with you while he is working- which helps as well. He is an asset to his company and the people he helps.
