Seth came from Active, called prior to arrival to say on his way. He presented us at the door with a business card and explained what he would be doing while outside. We are older folks and found him very considerate. We invited him in. He went into details as to what he was going to do and what we should expect. He spoke in a language that we could understand. Jared was very friendly and thorough. Several of my bait stations were hard to find. And I was outside with him most of the time. I’ve had other companies doing work for were not as cordial.
