Im not the best when it comes to doing my income taxes. I was referred to The Tax Shop by my coworker who speaks very highly of them. Alex was able to take care of my taxes within the hour. He sat down with me and broke down line by line on what I can deduct and what I can't since I'm very new to having to do my taxes. His professionalism and skills have given me confidence to recommend him to my friends and some family members. I thank my coworker so much for recommending me to The Tax Shop. Communication was pretty good overall. We called and emailed a couple times and got responses in a reasonable timeframe and one of the team got back to us pretty quick once we reached out again. I know things are hectic during busy filing periods but we just wanted a quick reply on what timeframe we could expect and they came through for us. When we did connect again Dennis was very helpful and answered all our questions, even ones for future tax returns which was very helpful.
