I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO STOMP A ROACH WITH THEIR BOOT......... I absolutely despise this company. I have spent $10,000+ over the past 3 years with this company and have yet to receive a itemized statement. They sealed our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier because we were having moisture issues. After couple months my husband crawled under our house to work on another project to find our crawl space was full of water due to poorly installed dehumidifier.
Water from dehumidifier was draining under our house. Well that helped our moisture issue?? They came out and fixed the problem but now who knows if it works properly or not. AND this isn't all the problems. Also, we have not received an itemized statement of work completed on 2 occasions although my husband has requested this information 3 times and still nothing. They are all about recommending work but once that's done then good luck getting anything from them after the fact. I needed this information for a couple reasons 1. it's owed to me and 2. for tax purposes but still have nothing. I DO NOT recommend this company. If you do just know you are possibly going to hemorrhage $$ and they could careless. Patrick & Dawn Hurst
On 7/20 and 7/21, I received services for General pest inspection and control and as well for Termite control. Being new to the Valdosta, GA area I had an understanding that both services are necessary. I had an opportunity to meet Will on 7/20 and Adam on 7/21 for our termite inspection. Will and Adam were punctual, professional, respectful and most importantly educational. I enjoyed speaking to these two gentlemen that educated me on what to look out for regarding bugs in and outside my home. Thank you Orkin for having these two awesome folks a part of your team. Well done Will and Adam, you both rock.
