We were pleasantly surprised with your AWESOME service tech! He was the most knowledgeable and polite and full of blessings for us! He took care of our every need including having to come to pull the rail for us! We enjoyed every moment he was with us! He is a super asset to your organization! I had a wonderful experience with M.R. S. Homecare. Their attention to detail was excellent. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a fabulous young lady(Mandy) whom took her time to explain the equipment to me. I was nervous about taking the equipment home and connecting it correctly but she did such an excellent job in talking me through the steps, I had no issues.

My husband needed a new machine (C-pap), we made an appt went in, he was able to try on what he needed, everything was explained well and we were out the door in 30mins- better than going to the dr! Thank you ladies for being so efficient!!
