Joseph came out walked my back yard with me. Explained what his plan would be to treat the pine beatle issue. He came back out and treated the trees. He brought some things to my attention and said he would be back to spray the trees with additional chemical. He did not change the price he quoted me. He said he did it to be thorough and make sure everything was sprayed well. Definitely would recommend him and his guys!
I have been using Robard's for several years and have been very pleased with the results. They were able to eliminate a serious issue we were having with pesky palmetto bugs. Now, I rarely see a bug in our home. We found a scorpion in our home and they quickly responded and sprayed specifically for scorpions. Joseph and his employees are always respectful of our home and very friendly.
Goes beyond what typical pest service calls for. I've been a customer for 10+ years now and have never been disappointed. Kind, courteous and trustworthy. Have and would recommend to anyone I know or that asks.
