Have had two great experiences in the last week. Took my niece for her 10th bday, and they were so amazing with her - she had a photo of what she wanted (lots of design) and they did amazing. Then today, I went with my small group - I called ahead and let them know we were coming, but still wondered if they could handle all. We had 8 girls and they handled all of us at once, and we all had great service and were done in an hour. The place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We will go back!
The bad reviews have to be old…I have tried every nail salon in Monroe, and this is by far the best place. The salon is beautiful inside and everything is very clean. Annie did my nails the first time, and she did an amazing job. They usually always chip before three weeks (SNS) but she assured me they would be good, and they were. Sam did my pedicure today and he was so so good, meticulous. They are very much in line with the usual pricing. Save yourself time elsewhere, and find your new nail home. ?
My sister and I went here yesterday, for the first time (after seeing some recommendations from locals online). We got gel manicures (on our natural nails) and we will definitely be back! There was no wait (at that time), we chose our colors and were seated right away. My tech's name was Kevin, he did a really good job! He took his time shaping my nails, getting them all as close to the same shape as possible, he then did the little flower designs I showed him from Pinterest. We didn't get my sister's tech's name, but she was great and thorough, as well!
