Was in the area and had never seen this chain before. Emma was very knowledgeable on the products and helpful. Looks like they are still stocking the store as there was a lot of missing products. Overall nice store with in house grooming.

Update: I contacted customer service and they said they would have the store reach out to me within 48 hours. I didn't expect a call to be honest but they called and issued me a full refund.
**This is for grooming services. This is my second time using Petsense and this will be my last. The first time I went was great and I thought I found my place but I was wrong. My husband walked in and said we want the same service we had before. When he picked my dog up, he was charged for the essential package which we did not add the first time because we never add extra anything that we do ourselves at home. Went in there a week ago looking for things for my baby Athena. I was approached by the ASM Sam who was super helpful and informative. He helped me pick out a great collar and leash and showed me the proper way to fit it on. My baby is normally super shy and afraid of people but she warmed up to him very quickly which just gave me amazing vibes! I will definitely be coming back with her for more amazing products! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!
