The team is gentle, kind, and informative, taking the time to ensure patients are comfortable. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with a child-friendly seating area. Patients of all ages, including children, have been impressed with the service and have returned for years, praising the doctor and staff for their expertise and compassion.
I love Monroe smile center so much. I used to have so much dental anxiety and now I don’t all because of this office. They listen to my every need, want, question and do the best & most gentle work. I’m starting to love my smile again, thank you Monroe smile center!!! Everyone in this office is so kind - the front desk lady is so helpful!! I love her so much. An amazing team! Every single one of them!!!!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office! I called about my son and they got me in same day, which means a lot to parent whose child is in pain and needs help. Excellent staff super sweet to my 5yr old. Everyone from the front office to the clinical team just wonderful!
First time visit. I had a great experience and am happy I chose this location as my new permanent dentist. Everyone was very kind. My dental hygienist, Candace, was gentle and took her time when cleaning my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there were TVs in the rooms, even the ceiling! When I left they also gave me a goody bag of a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.
