Monroe Smile Center is a welcoming and professional dental practice. The staff is friendly, patient, and caring, putting patients at ease, including those with fears or anxieties. The team is gentle, kind, and informative, taking the time to ensure patients are comfortable. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with a child-friendly seating area. Patients of all ages, including children, have been impressed with the service and have returned for years, praising the doctor and staff for their expertise and compassion.
I am very pleased with our experiences here. I have brought my kids here for years and I love how good and patient they are with my kids. They talk to them throughout the entire cleaning process and explain everything to them which I really appreciate. I went myself today and I don't have insurance, I paid out of pocket and it was very reasonable. The technician Elise was very detailed and spent a lot of time doing my cleaning and was a super cool tech. We talked about old movies and had a great time which I never thought I would say about going to a dental cleaning haha. Highly recommend this place.
The front desk went above and beyond for me before I was even a patient! They checked my insurance benefits and made sure that my first visit would be covered. They were very helpful and made things easy to understand and I love their willingness to explain things. I loved my hygienist I believe her name was Elise she was the sweetest! The doctor is also great he has been seeing my two children since they were very little! We have been going to them for almost 16 years! I didn't know this office saw adults until I asked so everyone needs to check it out
I am terrified of Dentist. Hyperventilate and everything. I began realizing I can't keep walking into a dental office and say put me to sleep and pull my tooth. My daughter has been going to Monroe smiles and I've been happy with their care, attention and kindness. So I told them my fear. I got through a deep cleaning. Elise was/is the best. She was sensitive to my fear and she didn't make me feel inferior because of my fear. I'm so happy she made me comfortable. A few days ago I broke a tooth. My biggest fear is about to test my nerves. I can't do my usual. Well!!! Turns out I have no choice this time. It has to be pulled 🤦.
