    Monroe Optical took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I was the last appointment of the day, and they took their time to explain every step of the process. I have mono vision and also have stigmatism in both eyes. I need progressive lenses, and I work on computers all day so I need a pair for the distance of my screens. Instead of just selling me two pair of glasses they want me to try the progressive lenses and if I need a pair for working on my computer, he wrote a prescription for that and I can go back.     I'll be 52 in February and I've made it this long without needing glasses but...the inevitable happened recently!

    From the initial appointment, to the exam, and to the part where I had to choose frames, the entire process was soooooo smooth!

    The staff has been wonderful and my new specs are perfect! It's amazing to be able to see again!

    If you're in need of their services, this is the place to go!

    I DO NOT recommend this place. They use a lower lens company and will not stand behind their crappy work. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR EYE GLASSRS!!!! THEY ARE NO GOOD!!! THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS/CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL NOT STAMD BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THEIR LENS!!! DO MOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

    As for your reply, I knew my glasses were no longer under warranty, I was wanting to know if you could replace the faulty lens you had replaced once already.
