We wholeheartedly recommend JKey Roofing for anyone's roofing needs! We worked directly with Austin Key and he made the entire process seamless and smooth. Our roof damage was from a wind storm and Austin worked closely with our local COUNTRY Financial insurance agent to ensure that all parties were on the same page. The customer service was outstanding, and very personable from start to finish. ****** the sales rep was very accommodating. We had a small leak in roof. I called ****** he came right out that same day went up and evaluated the roof and new exactly where the leak was and covered it. Not knowing if we were going to have his company replace our roof or not, he even called me a few days later just wanting to let me know there was rain in the forecast, he was a phone call away if we needed him to come out.
