“My hair looked tragic because I've had some terrible salon experiences since moving to Monroe 6 years ago & this appointment was made on a whim through a groupon promo. I did have to wait a couple weeks for a Saturday appointment but ultimately it was totally worth the wait!! Miss Ann my stylist was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous mostly because I could see she was quite young but also as I explained to her my previous experiences. But here's the thing she listened mostly & we chatted like old friends & even were able to relate to each other even with a decade between us. The appointment took a while & thats because she took her time & paid attention to detail which most stylist see a revolving door or chair she definitely gave me her undivided attention & not only listened but heard what I was saying. The experience was a 10 out of 10. Miss Ann will have my business for years to come. I wasn't even sure what I wanted when I got there but somehow she gave me exactly what I needed & wanted. I feel like a brand new person & the best part she was just excited as I was to get my hair done & even took time to teach me how to style it. I could see every stylist in there talking with their clients & taking their time. Even the stylist next to us was coming out an elderly disabled woman's hair who had been neglecting her hair so it was matted & tangled really bad in the back. She took her time & gently combed thru the mats & softly speaking with her & reassuring she had nothing to worry about nor had she done anything wrong. It took no time at all that I had found my official home salon. Thank you again Miss Ann I will be reaching out to schedule my next appointment! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.“

Unfortunately there was a stylist there (named Kristin?) who could not stop for hours on end complaining about a specific coworker who does things she doesnt like, ex. One of the reasons was ask for the full Wednesday off work to go to church at night. I felt it was unprofessional to do while clients were present and while the coworker was not there to defend herself.“
