First of all, I'm giving 5 stars based on the amazing progress our child has made under Total Care's help. Based on results alone, the RBTs and BCA have been great partners and we couldn't ask for more. On the negative side, there have been some hiccups and snags here and there on the administrative side of things, like RBTs suddenly quitting or getting fired with no notice to us. But on the plus side, Total Care has been great at finding us flexible RBTs who can work with our family's crazy schedule. Overall, we're very satisfied with our child's care.

Over the course of the 2 years as an RBT with Total Care ABA it has been an overall great experience.Not only have I had the pleasure of assisting with changing the lives of children with autism, the families have been an amazing pleasure to work with as well.Thank you Total Care for all that you do and I am looking forward to the growth of the company.

Our daughter has been a patient of Total Care ABA for the past year and has shown so much growth during this time. We went from not talking to learning the ABCs, 123s and colors. Our BCBA and RBT make a great team and both work with us to educate us on how we can help our daughter. They love our daughter and treat her with so much love and respect.
