I wish I could give zero stars. We had flooring installed by them in February 2025 and they are terrible. They are literally coming apart at the seams, so bad we trip over it. They are not durable at all, scratching so bad everywhere and the quality is just awful. We were told they were 20 MIL and on the box while they were being installed it said 12. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Did a terrible job. The Flooring is peeling up. Bill came back out said they could fix it. He told me he had to look at his schedule and would get back with me. Which he never did. Me and my husband both have called and called and text him and he will not return any phone calls now. I would not recommend him to anybody. Please do not use them. Now I’ve got to pay somebody else to come out and fix their big screw up

Don't be fooled by the charming man selling you. Shoddy work, and refused to fix. He's a terrific salesman. So much so that when I knew there were problems that were going to need addressing, I wanted to hold back a quarter of the payment until I had a chance to closely inspect the job and get the problems handled. He told me no worries, if anything is wrong, he'd come back and fix it and I stupidly agreed. What a joke. Told me his guys always tell him when they mess up something and didn't say anything about messing up my house, ergo I'm a liar. Then he had the nerve to tell my partner I called him a liar and a thief, which I never did. Just a quick list of problems. Damaged my 6 day old refrigerator, claimed they didn't do it (even though I had already told him I wouldn't hold them responsible for cosmetic damage). Every cabinet door has splintered wood from over tightening the hardware screws. I had all new appliances either just installed or scheduled for installation. He told me to cancel the installations and they would do them, so now I have a brand new gas range hooked up to 30 year old hardware because his worker couldn't figure out how to use the new install kit. I'm stuck with an unsafe gas appliance. I have a handle on a drawer that is so far out of level it looks like my grandkids installed it, cabinet shelves split in the back, flooring with light split pieces, plus many other things. There are just too many to list them all, so I'll post pictures. He can BS all he wants, but pictures don't lie. If you are a landlord looking for cheap remodel (cheap price and cheap product) he's your guy. Want your dream kitchen, proceed with extreme caution.
